Its bouquet of leather, earth, herbs, black cherries, licorice, and plums is confirmed on the medium to full-bodied palate. It is round, spicy, elegant, attractively fruity.

The Long Paddock Shiraz – King Valley Victoria 2015
Bright crimson with hints of ruby and magenta. Jubey fruit aromas of plum and fruits of the forest, with a hint of star anise and savory spice. This wine is medium-bodied with sweet dark berry fruit, chocolate and spice flavors. Its mid-palate fruit generosity is complemented by a dash of rustic Sangiovese, adding a savory edge and moreish tannin finish to the final blend.

An original rosé with a very pale pink colour plus grey and whitish tints. The bouquet reveals delightful red berry scents. A slight sparkle on the palate gives the wine all its freshness and brings out its fruit to the full.

A lively rosé, very aromatic with notes of ripe red fruits and flowers. In the palate, juicy strawberries and pink mulberry flavour with plenty of fresh yet fine tannins that over at the finish, along with flavours of liquorice.

A Beautiful colour, the palest of pale roses, a silver-pink, lovely fragrance on the nose, clean and fresh light summer fruits, a certain fleshiness and structure on the palate that shows the red grapes base, quite firm texture, and fine dry finish

White Wine

Tahuna – 1100
Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough – New Zealand 2018
Light yellow-greenish color. The nose was fresh with lemon flavors and herbal hints. The palate it delivered fresh aromas of lemon, grapefruit, green apple and rhubarb with pepper notes.

Aussières Blanc – 1215
Chardonnay – Pays d’0c France 2016
Beautiful bright yellow with pale green highlights. Light notes of pink grapefruit and almond blossom. This Chardonnay reveals the complexity of the 2016 vintage in the Languedoc. Ageing on the lees gives the wine richness and body, that are accompanied by freshness and finesse through to the particularly long finish.

The Long Paddock Pinot Grigio – Victoria 2017
Delicate aromas of sea spray, green melon, apples and pear skin with underlying hints of the pepper tree, musk and talcum florals. Flavours of crunchy Corella pear and green apple provide an appealing fruit generosity in the mid-palate which is balanced by an underlying fresh pink grapefruit acidity, with a crisp and refreshing finish.
